How do I request a cab?
Enter your trip and passenger details to review a summary. You can send that summary to the team on WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Are the displayed tariffs final?
No. The displayed rates are provisional reference rates. Ask for the complete fare, including any minimum distance, driver allowance, tolls, permits and parking, before accepting a booking.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Select Round trip and enter your return date. Tell the team about stops and the return pickup time when finalising your itinerary.
How is trip distance calculated?
Live estimates require a configured routing service. Until that integration is available, the site does not display a route distance or calculated fare.
Can I arrange an airport pickup?
Choose the airport as your pickup location and provide the destination. Share your terminal, flight details and luggage needs with the team before the ride is confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Request the applicable cancellation and refund terms from the team before confirming or paying. No cancellation fee schedule has yet been supplied for this site.
